THE ACCOMMODATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

- Apartments are self catering only and are not serviced.

- Apartments are cleaned and beds made up prior to your arrival (bath towels provided).
  You are then left to your own devices and privacy.
  If you are staying longer than one week (7 days), a fresh change of bed linen and bath
  towels is provided.
  Please note that beach towels are not provided - please bring
  your own.

Payment

- A deposit of 25% of total cost is required to be paid into bank account (account no. provided on
request) in order to secure booking.

- The balance owing is required to be paid into account approx. 15-20 days before arrival.
Please note: If booking is cancelled, there is no refund of deposit.

(Flights, holiday insurance, car hire, etc. are your responsibility. However, we will be happy to
help or advise you as best we can - see 'Getting Here').

There is a choice of three accommodation units :-
